MV Agusta Brutale Dragster

Drag racing took a pretty big PR hit when Justin Bieber was busted for his shenanigans in Florida, but if anyone can repair this street sport’s edgy reputation, it’s the Italians. MV Agusta’s new 2014 Brutale 800 Dragster is built to blast off from the red light. Built on the company’s inline-three 800 platform, the Dragster features a 125-horsepower 798cc triple engine with a fat rear tire that’s begging to be scorched at the starting line.
MV Agusta says the Italian craftsmanship ”re-evokes the epic DNA of the ‘dragster’ race bikes,” and as you might expect, that does not involve any Canadian pop stars. The Brutale 800 Dragster features Motor & Vehicle Integrated Control, eight levels of traction control, and the EAS 2.0 (Electronically Assisted Shift) system, which allows for clutchless shifting.
